Role Description

This job is a 1099 contractor opportunity. We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager (Setter) to join our team on-site in Spring, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling consultations with prospective clients. You will support our sales team by nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be essential in achieving sales goals and contributing to business growth.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales expertise, lead generation capabilities, and experience in closing deals
  • Time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred
