We’re expanding in Chicago and actively recruiting motivated sales professionals to join our team as we prepare for a major summer in the solar industry.
Chicago is one of the strongest solar markets in the country, with larger system sizes and strong demand for energy independence. Our team is continuing to build momentum in the region and is looking for driven individuals ready to take advantage of a high-growth opportunity.
We operate under a proven Setter / Closer sales model, designed to maximize efficiency and earning potential for everyone on the team.
Setter Role – Territory Manager
Our setters are the foundation of our sales organization. The company’s compensation structure is intentionally designed to reward the people who create opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Door-to-door prospecting in assigned territories
• Managing and developing your territory
• Educating homeowners about solar energy
• Setting qualified appointments for closers
• Completing initial paperwork and “paper sit” when applicable
• Building relationships with homeowners and communities

Closer Role – Solar Consultant
Closers work with qualified homeowners who have already shown interest and have an appointment set.
This role is for experienced sales professionals who can confidently guide homeowners through the solar process and close deals efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Run qualified solar consultations with homeowners
• Present customized solar solutions
• Close deals at a high conversion ratio
• Maintain excellent customer experience
• Work closely with setters and operations teams
Closers who consistently perform at a high closing percentage will continue to receive strong lead flow and opportunities.
