Description

ION Solar is a fast-paced and dynamic workplace looking for a highly organized, goal-driven Project Manager to support our team in delivering complex, multi-step projects. This role will involve managing cross-functional initiatives that drive both internal growth and customer-focused outcomes within the solar industry. The Project Manager will work closely with our leadership team, coordinating resources and guiding projects through each stage, from concept and planning to execution and delivery.

As a Project Manager, you’ll provide critical oversight on various operational initiatives, ensuring each project reaches its full potential. You’ll drive timelines, communicate updates, and collaborate across departments, facilitating teamwork to meet project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse project types and stages, delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as project lead for cross-functional initiatives, including product enhancements, process improvements, and company culture initiatives.

Implement and refine project management processes, develop and monitor KPIs, and conduct post-project assessments to measure success.

Support team members in executing strategic plans to meet business objectives.

Manage and oversee databases that track project progress, including lead conversion, lifecycle tracking, and other key metrics.

Act as a primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, including Compliance, Sales, Legal, Quality Assurance, and external vendors.

Coordinate quality assurance processes to ensure all materials meet established standards before release.

Handle general project management duties, ensuring all steps of each initiative are executed with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an industry requiring multiple-step coordination and vendor collaboration.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Proven experience in communications, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, KPI tracking, and team coordination.

Experience working with outside vendors, including contract negotiation and project fulfillment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
