As a Product Analyst in the Rider team at Via, you will be managing the data that is the backbone of our rider products success. Millions of users around the world trust our applications to travel for work, medical treatment or a job interview - and we take great responsibility in fulfilling that need.

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize data analytics to produce insights and identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Perform quantitative analysis to evaluate product performance and user behavior to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct analysis of new features and product improvements to measure success, impact, and possible problems.
  • Create, support, monitor and maintain various reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and prioritize data requirements.
  • Translate product requirements into detailed BI event specification to be implemented in our development in order to allow future monitoring and analysis.
  • Assist in defining product goals, milestones, and success metrics to guide product development initiatives.
  • Use data to support roadmap prioritization and long term strategy
  • Promote new tools and methods to make data driven decisions.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure successful delivery of product features and enhancements.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
