Scrum Master / Business Analyst
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to lead IT automation initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring automation solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of automation projects (RPA, workflow automation, integrations)
- Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Identify and document automation opportunities and requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with developers on tools like Automation Anywhere
- Drive backlog prioritization based on ROI and business impact
Required:
- 5+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or PM/BA roles
- Experience delivering automation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong PM/Scrum experience
- Solid business analysis and process mapping skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
Preferred:
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Background in consulting or professional services
