The Lead Trainer / Business Analyst will combine expertise in GIS technologies with strong analytical and training skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing GIS solutions, and delivering training programs to ensure effective adoption of GIS tools and processes.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements for GIS projects.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using GIS technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement GIS solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end users on GIS tools and applications.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed GIS implementations.
• Create use cases, workflows, and process diagrams to support solution design.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to end users to ensure effective adoption of GIS solutions.
• Stay updated on GIS trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in GIS, business analysis, or training roles, with a focus on Esri technologies.
• Strong understanding of Esri technologies (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for GIS tools and applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, including business requirements, training materials, and process flows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
