Overview

TRC is seeking a highly motivated Operations & Data Analyst to support Commercial & Industrial
Energy Efficiency Programs in New Jersey.


This role goes beyond traditional reporting and system support by driving data standardization, process
consistency, and operational alignment across multiple programs. The Analyst will play a key role in
ensuring that systems, reporting structures, and workflows are harmonized across portfolios, enabling
improved decision-making, efficiency, and scalability.


You will act as a cross-functional liaison between Program Teams, IT, and Systems/Change
Management groups to ensure consistent implementation of tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
and other program databases


Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related program databases
• Develop and standardize dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across programs
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with a focus on consistency and
accuracy
• Ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic across all programs
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across systems Standardization & Process Improvement
• Lead initiatives to standardize workflows, reporting structures, and data governance
practices across multiple programs
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies between programs and implement best practices and unified
processes
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling, reporting, and
system usage
• Partner with leadership to define and track enterprise-level KPIs and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort


Systems & Configuration Support
• Act as a Super User for CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Configure and maintain:
o Workflows
o Business rules
o Security roles
o Campaigns
• Manage user access, onboarding support, and role assignments
• Coordinate with IT on system enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Support business requirements documentation (BRDs) and system change requests


Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with program managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to align system and
reporting needs
• Support onboarding and training of staff on standardized tools and processes
• Serve as a central point of contact for data, reporting, and system-related inquiries


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or systems support
• Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Power BI preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and standardization initiatives

• Experience working across multiple programs or business units
• Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools


Additional Information
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be a resident of New Jersey

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $96,512.00 - USD $99,000.00 /Yr.
