Overview
TRC is seeking a Document Controller with experience in managing and maintaining project documentation within EPC, LNG, or Pipeline environments. Responsible for ensuring project documents are properly recorded, tracked, distributed, and maintained within an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), while supporting document workflows, revision control, and compliance with project standards
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) for all project deliverables.
- Prepare and manage document transmittals and ensure proper distribution to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Upload, download, retrieve, and track documents within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Manage document naming conventions, numbering, assigning, and classification.
- Track and control document revisions following established revision procedures.
- Monitor and support the document review and approval workflow.
- Track project documentation including RFIs (Requests for Information) and MOCs (Management of Change).
- Ensure proper documentation flow and maintain accurate records of document transactions.
- Support project teams by ensuring documents are accessible, updated, and correctly filed.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of document control experience within EPC, LNG, or Pipeline projects.
- Strong knowledge of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
- Experience managing MDR (Master Document Register) and project deliverables.
- Understanding of transmittals, RFIs, MOCs, and document review workflows.
- Strong knowledge of document control processes, revision procedures, and distribution protocols.
- Ability to manage document naming conventions, numbering, assigning, retrieving, and tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and document tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, and ProjectWise is preferred

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
