Overview

TRC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of energy efficiency and clean energy projects. This role is based in TRC’s office in Monroeville, PA and involves direct client interaction, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. The Program Manager will also present program performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage energy efficiency and clean energy projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with program procedures, technical protocols, and quality assurance standards.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review and validate calculations, assumptions, and technical reports to predict or measure benefits from energy efficiency projects.
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical protocols, quality assurance procedures, and CRM platform requirements for energy efficiency programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, program administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, requirements, and updates to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Represent TRC at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives to promote program goals and build partnerships.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program implementation and execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and contributing to proposal development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business administration, project management, engineering, construction management, or related discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive work team

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $140,858.00 /Yr.
