Overview

Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee TRC’s Salesforce platform. This role will require a deep understanding of Salesforce configurations, integrations, automation, and best practices to support business processes across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience managing Salesforce environments, implementing advanced automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Salesforce Administration & Configuration:

    • Manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
    • Configure Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other products as needed.
    • Maintain security settings, user roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls.
    • Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
    • Oversee data integrity, de-duplication, and data management best practices.

    Business Process Improvement & Automation:

    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
    • Leverage Salesforce Flow, formulas, and automation tools to streamline operations.
    • Optimize lead-to-opportunity and other sales/service processes.

    Integration & Development:

    • Collaborate with IT and developers to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g., ERP, DataWarehouse and Dashboard tools such as PowerBI).
    • Support API integrations and custom API calls.

    Reporting & Analytics:

    • Build reports, dashboards, and analytic tools to provide insights for leadership and teams.
    • Assist with data extraction, reporting automation, and advanced data modeling.

    User Training & Support:

    • Act as the primary Salesforce expert for end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and create documentation for best practices.
    • Ensure adoption of new Salesforce features and updates.

    Governance & Best Practices:

    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, evaluating new features for business impact.
    • Maintain system documentation, policies, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
    • Manage the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) certification required.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience/B2b Cloud. Service Cloud not mandate
  • Strong expertise in Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data management, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
  • Proficiency in integrations with third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing tools).
  • Solid understanding of user management, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training abilities.
  • Salesforces shield security (Mandator)
  • Manage product backlog,
  • Agile experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or computer science, MCA, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Deltek vantagepoint
