Overview

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Billing Coordinator is responsible for actively supporting stakeholders with data gathering, analysis, and reporting activities. This position is responsible for supporting the Program teams in project setups, invoicing support and client reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will complete tasks under minimal supervision, provide updates and recommend process improvements as needed. The successful candidate should have the ability to interface and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Provide review of TRC labor comments for all employee timesheets to ensure comments meet client specific requirements to support payment and reimbursement. Communicate with staff when needed for required revisions.
  • Ensure timesheet coding is correctly charged to the associated projects given information provide within the comments. Communicate with staff when needed for required revisions.
  • Review monthly expense charges from employees to ensure correct coding as well as required supporting backup is supplied.
  • Setup and maintain new projects in TRC system per client and invoicing requirements.
  • Prepare and issue monthly financial accruals for all applicable client projects.
  • Maintain master monthly spreadsheet tracking all staff assigned to the Program.
  • Collaborate with project billers to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Prepare project and program level reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Associate’s degree related field of study (and/or experience can be substituted).
  • Experience through internships or co-ops is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction is plus.
  • Advanced Excel, MS Project, Power BI, and Software reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other members.
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage time independently and to work effectively on a project team.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $22.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
