Overview

The Director, Program Management (PM) Power Delivery will oversee project delivery and executional excellence across the PM organization. This position specifically oversees Program Management including the coordination and execution of cross-discipline and cross-sector integrated services and will be responsible for analyzing and executing solutions across the full PM lifecycle. This role requires the understanding of evolving program and project management best practices for planning, project controls, engineering, permitting, construction, compliance requirements, as well as environmental, safety and performance management. The Director, PM Power Delivery will create a vision for the future for this discipline and will be responsible for leading a team consisting of program/project managers, schedulers, cost controllers, project coordinators, engineers, digital experts and others dedicated to the planning, execution, and growth of program management. In addition, the Director, Program Management Power Delivery will lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth of the company, including business development efforts and partnership opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize projects and programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, technical experts and other staff members.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including the development of new service offerings and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive the growth of programmatic work, including business development efforts and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels to drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources efficiently to meet operational targets.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and develop new ones to accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate across Practices and Sectors to drive client-centric solutions and to define new service offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in a related field, with a track record of successful program delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $206,003.00 - USD $258,068.00 /Yr.
