Overview
The Project Manager will collaborate with the client and colleagues to ensure project goals are successfully aligned and progressing. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding the nuances of the respective program and regions and will communicate to and document for the cross functional execution teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include and are not limited to coordinating environmental fielding, agency permitting, in-office biological reviews, environmental releases to construction, and salesforce submittals. The ultimate responsibilities for the Manager, Project Manager are to oversee the schedule of constraint resolution and highlight and collaborate area of opportunity and increased efficiency for the client to achieve or exceed year-end goals.
This position will be located in one of TRC’s California offices: Rancho Cordova (Sacramento area), Oakland, San Francisco, Encinitas, San Diego, Irvine (Los Angeles area).
Responsibilities

- Able to Create Schedule and delegate tasks throughout appropriate team members
- Direct Field agents, GIS Staff, and Biologist to ensure all teams are aligned
- Manage client relationships and project execution
- Prepare and present project deliverables including reporting and production
- Demonstrate adaptability by being capable of performing a wide variety of tasks and being able to change focus quickly as demands change in an ever-changing environment
- Communicate and influence effectively using excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts of various levels
- Collect, analyze, and present data to all levels of leadership
- Provide reporting metrics to show how the overall Region and various functional areas are performing
- Verify corrective actions are implemented and validate effectiveness to prevent recurrence of issues
- Generate summary reports and operating experience communications of cause evaluations
- Provide feedback and recommendations on systemic issues to various stakeholders
- Work to create partnerships, promoting teamwork within and across groups
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify discrepancies and implement solutions
- Issue and coordinate work for field agents
- Coordinate field efforts/new projects and priorities
- Coordinate regional staffing levels and balance
- Act as a single point of contact between regional client representatives and TRC
- Thorough understanding of client and TRC safety policies
- Verify corrective actions are implemented to minimize reoccurring issues
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in, Business Management, Biology, a related field or applicable experience
- Understanding of PowerBI, OneVizion, ARCGIS and Google Earth
- Adept at utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Power Point). Advanced Excel proficiency required

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
