Overview
This individual provides daily oversight and supervision to the regional Project Management Organization. Reporting to the National Manager of the Power Delivery Project Management Organization and working with the Power Delivery Regional Operations Manager and National Practice Leads to provide successful results on the portfolio of regional projects. Provide leadership and mentoring to a regional team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Will participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of project management processes and procedures. Required to interface with clients, other company departments, outside consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers on project and business development-related matters. Required to serve as Project Manager on assigned projects.
Responsibilities

- Able to fulfill all essential functions of a Senior Project Manager.
- Work with the National Manager and other regional supervisors in the development, implementation, and enforcement of project management process and procedure
- Review client project requests for proposals and assign appropriate project management resources.
- Develop and review project estimates, execution plans, monthly reports, and schedules for successful project proposals and project execution.
- Routine review of project portfolio status and health by screening tools and reporting. Provide constructive feedback to the project management team.

Qualifications

- Education and/or Experience – A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management from an accredited school or University is required; and ten years of related project management experience with specific experience with complex utility project management including engineer/procure/construct (EPC) projects.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager Supervisor is preferred.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Ensure that the Company’s QA/QC Procedures are adhered to when performing the work.
- Demonstrate an understanding of utility substation and transmission engineering and construction workflow.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals and application of project scheduling.
- Demonstrate an understanding of utility project work breakdown structure.
- Demonstrate an understanding of commercial contract documents and subcontractor management
- Demonstrate proficiency in compelling efficiency in project management and execution to maximize project value and profit.

- A valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence and in good standing is required.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
USD $106,163.00 - USD $140,109.00 /Yr.
