TRC is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer (ESRI GIS) to mentor and lead a team of testers responsible for customer implementations of a mobile mapping product focussed on field workers

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 testers in QA activities
• Ensure quality and participate in UAT for customer implementations
• Develop and oversee testing plans and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set the testing objectives and deliverables
• Improve testing efficiency through automation tools and scripts
• Report issues, bugs and defects identified and monitor customer data
• Reporting to Head of Products, India and be part of the Professional Services team ensuring customer success

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Esri GIS technologies is required
• At least 9 years of experience in QA activities with a thorough knowledge of software development cycles
• Be process-oriented and ensure continuous improvement
• Ability to plan, organize and adhere to deadlines across multiple projects
