Overview
As a Sr Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the Company's compensation programs to attract and retain talent while maintaining competitiveness in the market. The Compensation Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating an organization's compensation structure to ensure it aligns with business goals for USA region. You will conduct detailed analyses of internal and external salary data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure the company's compensation practices remain competitive and support the overall talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Reporting Human Resources Director, the successful candidate will analyze and evaluate current compensation structures, job classifications, and salary scales.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive in the industry.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of job evaluation and grading systems.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to establish and review job classifications and salary levels.
- Design and recommend changes to compensation programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop new incentive and bonus programs to motivate and reward high-performing employees.
- Collect and analyze compensation data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
- Stay current on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compensation practices comply with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters related to compensation.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of compensation initiatives.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to determine competitive salary offers for new hires.
- Communicate and educate employees on the organization's compensation policies and practices.
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance.
- Proven experience with minimum of 5 years, as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Knowledge of compensation best practices, trends, and applicable laws.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with US laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools and methodologies.
- HR certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) is a plus.
