Overview

We are seeking an GIS Platform Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience in ESRI implementation, development, and upgrade projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree with expertise in ArcGIS and UN system configuration. As an Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring ArcGIS Pro to meet project requirements, including tasks such as labeling, locators and searching, edit templates, symbology, visibility of layers and attributes, and popup setup.


Responsibilities

  • Configure ArcGIS Pro to meet project requirements, including labeling, locators and searching, edit templates, symbology, visibility of layers and attributes, and popup setup.
  • Implement solutions using ArcGIS Pro to support project objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
  • Configure UN systems within ArcGIS environment, ensuring interoperability and compatibility with existing systems and data.
  • Conduct testing of ArcGIS configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of ArcGIS configurations, including configuration steps, workflows, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns or queries.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in ArcGIS technology and best practices, and apply new knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Operating Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise: Experience managing, deploying, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise systems, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and Web Adaptor.
  • Technical Translation of Requirements: Ability to review development requirements and translate them into effective and scalable technical GIS solutions.
  • Experience with Esri REST Services: Expertise in configuring, deploying, and managing Esri REST Services to support GIS applications and integrations.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Arcade: Arcade is a portable, lightweight, and secure expression language used to create custom content in ArcGIS applications.
  • Python Development with ArcPy: Proficiency in Python 3.x for geoprocessing tasks, automation, and customization using the ArcPy library.
  • Esri Application Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Esri applications such as: ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards
  • Working Knowledge of the Esri Utility Network Model: Familiarity with the Esri Utility Network for managing complex utility data, including understanding of network topologies and rules.
  • Agile Development Practices: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprints, user stories, and collaborating in a team environment.
