Overview
TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country’s most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence.
TRC desires to hire an Assistant Project Manager to supports the Industrial & Agriculture team with project processing, data entry and analysis, reporting, and general project scheduling and management for programs such as FlexTech, Agriculture Energy Assistance Program, On-site Energy Manager, C&I Carbon Challenge, and C&I Accelerated Efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide reporting and perform data entry, analysis and on-going maintenance and quality assurance in various databases.
- Serve as central point of contact for communicating with customers and vendors.
- Participate in video team meetings and collaborate across different program communication platforms.
- Work with Project Managers to support various strategies and initiatives; Support Project Managers and Team Leads on ad-hoc requests for support.
- Support Project Managers who are overseeing RFPs, PONs and other competitive selection methods (scheduling scoring committee meetings, taking notes, etc.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and business process updates.
- Primary responsibility for all metrics collection and data quality, and related standard operating procedure documentation.
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to key outcomes of the Industrial and Agriculture team.
Qualifications
- High level functioning in Microsoft Excel is critical as well as a well established set of analytical and critical thinking skills. Pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions will be critical.
- Proficient in NEIS, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated self starter with ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task;
- Strengths in analytical reasoning; Experience collating and analyzing large datasets from multiple databases;
- Written and verbal communication both internally and externally.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving.
- Comfortable assessing technical documentation; Technical/process writing ability.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
