We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Alliances Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with.technology partners to drive business growth and enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful alliance programs.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize key technology partners that align with our business objectives and product roadmap.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to drive mutual business goals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure alignment and execution of alliance initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
• Be able to articulate and present Swimlane Product features and solution offerings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology alliances, partnerships, or business development within the Cyber Security industry is strongly preferred .
• Proven ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements and manage partner relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read API documentation is a plus
