Do you have a strong consulting background, are passionate and knowledgeable about information technology and cybersecurity, and have prior experience with software scripting languages? Swimlane is looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer to support our Japan partners and customers as a TAM (Technical Account Manager).

In this very technical position, you will install, configure and customize Swimlane products, as well as support customers with pre and post sales product issues.

Your day-to-day efforts would include:

● Installing, configuring, and deploying the Swimlane Platform
● Developing and implementing Security Operations Center / Incident Response & Remediation

Playbooks
● Developing new integrations with 3rd party systems leveraging Python, JavaScript, and YAML ● Delivering prescribed training and proctoring certification labs to our clients and partners
● Assisting with advanced architecture design for non-standard deployments
● Provide product support for break-fix issues, pre and post sales

Requirements

  • Japanese language skills. English language skills.
  • 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services or technical support at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, or a combination of the two
  • 2+ years experience coding in Python. JavaScript, and YAML is a plus
  • Experience with Linux, Mongo, Kubernetes a plus
  • Experience with Swimlane products is a plus
  • A strong understanding of modern cyber security technologies and methodologies, which will functions, and developing and implementing automation and orchestration capabilities include deploying and integrating these platforms, consulting on best practices for SOC/IR
  • Hands-on experience with the following types of technologies: SIEM, IAM, EDR, XDR, Next Gen
  • Firewalls, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Malware Sandboxing
  • Team player that works well in collaborative situations and autonomous environments
