Job Description:

Smartrent is looking for a talented Implementation Associate in Hyderabad to provide implementation support for our customers in the multi-family industry who use our web, mobile and IVR applications for task management. The Implementation Associate will have opportunities to interact with industry thought leaders, and to cultivate real world experience in a growing tech company through day-to-day operations, project work, and one-on-one mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new properties for Smartrent, and Audit and Inspect platforms
  • Make sure all of the Organization specific checklists are appropriately followed to complete the setup of the properties, audits and inspections
  • Document changes made to the implementation checklists
  • Timely updates to the Assigned projects as progress is made on implementation of properties
  • Understand different areas of the product like integrations and inspections, and identify the best possible solutions to address customer issues both during the implementation and on-going support stages
  • Pro-active collaboration with the implementation team members during high volume implementation periods
  • Self-management of JIRA tickets with strong focus on ensuring that issue resolutions are fully documented

Required Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Good English Communication skills
  • Passionate, hardworking, self-motivated, and teachable with a keen sense of accountability and commitment to service excellence.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new techniques and methodologies in resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of JIRA, MS Office 365 Suite
