Job description:
The Business Development Manager position drives the continuous growth of Site 2020 by sourcing, developing, and managing of sales accounts. This position holds a large opportunity for professional growth in identifying business opportunities and driving sales through cultivation of relationships with clients. The job entails a large aspect of territory travel, with company vehicle, to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, Linkedin, etc. to build a pipeline of targeted prospects.
- Manage sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close.
- Manage relationships with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers.
- Conduct activities including outbound calls, emails and sales demonstrations with prospective clients in territory.
- Using strong research skills and industry knowledge to answer inquiries about the product.
- Travel 50% of the time to surrounding areas.
Compensation
- Salary + Commission + Bonus

Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 year of sales, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s License & clean abstract
Willingness to travel:
- 50% travel away from home
