About the role:

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Pune, India

Reports to: Product Head

Senior Product Managers at Sibros possess exceptional problem solving abilities paired with strong business judgment to design the strategy of our product portfolio by coordinating the best outcome across all functional groups. Your proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically along with your zeal for taking on ambiguous projects will help drive internal roadmaps and customer programs towards success. This customer-focused role requires a solid product management background, passion for technology, and a methodical approach to delivering results.

What you’ll do:

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps through incorporating data, research, and market analysis
• Leading product features and enhancements from concept through delivery.
• Create core product management documentation including user scenarios, detailed business requirements, and strategic technology assessments for customers
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, and usage metrics to make informed product decisions and improvements
• Bringing an eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer delight
• Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues to deliver to the program
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to realize our product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data-driven Product Management work experience performing relevant and innovative Product Management job functions; ideally with a focus on international business
• Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
• Experience working with designers, engineers, and business leaders to generate buy in for the product direction you are setting
• Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and executing on a strong product vision and roadmap
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Relevant professional experience managing complex software development efforts, including tools & processes, breaking down and estimating work, prioritization and issue management
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product designers, program managers, and software engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive, IoT, or data-centric products that solve complex engineering problems
