About the Role:

Job Title: Business Head - Automotive Software Sales (Japan)

Experience: 10+ years in Automotive SaaS Sales

Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer

Job Type: Full time

Are you passionate about driving growth in the automotive industry? Sibros is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to spearhead our sales efforts across Japan. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, establishing long-term relationships, and representing Sibros as a leader in connected vehicle solutions to Japanese auto-makers and tier 1 suppliers across cars, buses, 2-wheelers, construction equipment, trucks etc.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to closing new business deals.
  • Identify key decision-makers and effectively set up demo appointments that showcase Sibros’ innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with the global sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term success.
  • Present Sibros’ product offerings with confidence and expertise.
  • Engage in regular in-person travel to automotive OEMs across Japan (6-12 days in the field with overnight travel per month).

What you should know:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B automotive sales or business development.
  • Written and verbal communication in Japanese and English languages.
  • Good experience in sales development.
  • Good experience in automotive sales (if possible software sales)
