THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER
YOUR ROLE:
As our full-time Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you'll analyze quality data, lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, support ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and provide technical guidance to production teams. You'll help ensure product conformance through inspections, process controls, supplier quality initiatives, and statistical analysis while supporting new product development and continuous improvement efforts. By partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams, you'll help drive quality performance, reduce defects, and strengthen operational excellence throughout the organization.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in quality or a related field
- 3+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience
- Training in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ISO auditing
- Experience supporting ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and engineering software
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to wear required PPE and work safely in the assigned environment
Strong leadership, critical-thinking, presentation, and communication skills, along with a passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence are a plus!
