The Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager, FP&A to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights. This is a high-impact role working directly with the CFO and senior leadership to support decision-making and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Build and maintain financial models for strategic decisions

• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights

• Prepare board and leadership presentations

• Improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain

What You Bring

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/BI tools preferred

• Experience presenting to senior leadership

• Clear communication and a proactive, results-driven mindset

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
