THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QMS Administrator plays a key role in maintaining and advancing our Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with current standards and regulations while driving continuous improvement and effective execution across our processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and documenting quality policies and procedures (ie Quality Alerts, One-Point Lessons, Work Instructions) and facilitating the training of affected RS team members.
- Monitoring manufacturing procedures and work instructions for opportunities to enhance the quality focus within processes.
- Maintain the document control system, ensuring regular document reviews and revision changes are completed accurately.
- Perform quality checks and tests and analyze statistical data when required.
- Maintain the gauge calibration system, including gauge studies and control of calibration records.
- Documentation of the ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing process, including scheduling and audit participation, and implementation of timely and effective corrective actions.
- Lead all Quality related activities associated with Epicor functions utilized by the Quality team.
- Support all external auditing activities focused on the Quality Management System.
- Support the Quality and Manufacturing teams with the corrective action process for both internal and external concerns.
- Assist with monitoring of receiving inspection data and Supplier Quality Performance.
- Data collection and analysis with spreadsheeting, charts, graphs.
- Conduct regular audits - Business Maturity Assessment, Layered Process Audits, QMS Audits.
- Serve as backup for other positions within the Quality team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Post Secondary education preferred and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Auditor Certification.
- Quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment - product specifications/tolerances, reporting, statistics, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel - data entry, analysis, tables, charts; PowerPoint - presentations)

- Hot & humid areas within the plant (indoor/outdoor)

- Interaction with chemicals, heavy machinery, and moving equipment.
