The System Quality Assurance Manager needs to manage and develop system software, hardware validation, and qualification plan to assure release quality of Ring's products. This person needs to develop test cases in requirement base and model base approaches, and unitize test automation development to enhance test coverage, progress visibility, and test task priority setting in systematic and agile approach.
In this position, you will
- Strategize, develop, and manage quality assurance measures and testing standards for new device products and/or enhancements to existing products
- Architect, standardize, and execute manual and automated testing methodologies across multiple products/projects that enables high quality deliverables
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Create Quality KPI and take actions to drive the teams to deliver perfect quality of products and re-validations
- Recruit, develop (mentoring/coaching) QA Engineers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience: 8+ years of experiences
- Leadership experiences: Leading a team with 8+ members
- 5+ years experience in the HW+SW system QA experience with test automation development or manage test automation projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer engineering
- Familiar with the IoT ,Network Communication, Video streaming and Video camera HW+SW system QA
