DESCRIPTION

Ring is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile designer to contribute to a rapidly expanding tech brand. The candidate will be instrumental in delivering top-tier creativity and execution in the offline sales channel across various channels, supporting the European & international Ring organisation.

The appointed designer will assume the responsibility of creative content for the offline sales channel (Retail & B2B). This designer will execute digital creatives for product launches, promotions and other marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can also invent creatives across both online and offline consumer touch points and be able to adapt brand playbook to both in-store and online placements with excellence. The designer will serve as a pivotal figure in upholding the integrity of the brand across offline sales channel content. They will also employ essential practices of art direction to tailor the brand assets in the various countries where Ring does business.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced brand designer who can adapt master creatives with speed and the same time understands the significance of building adaptable design systems at scale for reducing overall complexity. Ideal candidate would also have experience working with business partners (Retail, B2B). Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as FIGMA, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft productivity software and other collaborative online tools is a must.

Our chosen brand designer will be digitally savvy and adept at adjusting swiftly to change, approaching challenges with a problem-solving mindset. The preferred candidate will be a flexible collaborator, proficient in implementing creative best practices and providing good guidance to the channel marketing team.

Strong EU-English communication skills are a must, as the designer will work with multiple team members across Europe & International. Proficiency in other european language will be advantageous.

This position is based in Warsaw, Poland. We operate a hybrid work culture, so the chosen designer will have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week and at the office for the remaining three days.


Key job responsibilities
1. Support the channel marekting team in retail & B2B assets creation or/and adaptation of assets.
2. Support annual product launches and promotions by delivering digital creative rollouts.
3. Support channel marketing team with innovative UX/UI design, as well as digital creative rollouts.
4. Build efficient design systems if/when required at scale across channels and for different countries.
5. Be the first point of contact for the channel marketing team for creative proposal for both online and in-store placements.
6. Maintain brand consistency across delivered assets by working with internal and agency teams.
7. Engage and influence across teams to establish valuable relationships with Ring brand marketing and design teams for long term collaboration.
8. Work closely and collaboratively with the Brand Copywriter to ensure a consistent approach in messaging and to maintain guardianship of the Ring brand and tone of voice.
9. Question opinions (your own and others’), seek out business metrics and other data to validate, drive innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Decent digital brand design experience working for global 'tech-oriented' brands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- experience working as a digital brand designer + UX designer working for global 'tech-oriented' brands is a plus.
Experience in delivering creatives & assets for retail & B2B partners
