What You’ll Do
- Administer applications, managing user access, provisioning, and maintaining an accurate user list across all departments.
- Manage the Azure / Entra ID environment, ensuring secure access through SSO, MFA, and consistent User Access Management (UAM).
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring hardware and software access are ready for employees on day one.
- Maintain the global workstation fleet (Windows/macOS/Linux) to ensure security compliance and proper setup.
- Support office infrastructure including Wi-Fi, meeting room systems.
- Monitor the IT budget and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and timely software renewals.
- Provide in-house user support and act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a closely related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including experience with SSO and MFA administration.
- Hands-on experience with Intune or similar MDM tools for managing Windows, macOS and Linux devices.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi setup, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration and integrations.
- Ability to use PowerShell or Bash to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
