Overview Of The Role

Interact with Global teams towards implementation of processes and tools. Process Writing, Review, Consulting, and Implementation. Conduct Quality internal audits. Training Teams and Project managers on Quality standards and tools. Manage external audits & Liasoning with Certification Bodies.

Must Have Skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in Implementation of Quality Models, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001,CMMI Dev, CMMI Services, High Maturity Concepts
  • Have good knowledge of CMMI Framework and Practice Areas
  • Competent to conduct Quality Internal Audits as per ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI Dev & Services for projects & support functions
  • Experience in Training and Orientation on CMMI and ISO model/standards
  • Knowledge on Minitab or other statistical tools
  • Good knowledge on Metrics analysis and creating Metric baseline and Process performance models
  • Knowledge of Agile Framework and well versed with software engineering project Life cycle and its implementation
