We are seeking a skilled and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on supporting operational processes and ensuring the smooth performance of Project Canary’s hardware units. The Operations Analyst will work closely with the Field Operations Manager to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on unit performance metrics to help identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to support the scheduling of unit repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support regular cycle counting and inventory accuracy for deployed units across the customer base.
  • Help integrate new units into internal systems, ensuring proper tracking and setup in relevant databases.
  • Support data hygiene for NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records in alignment with operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of deployed units across the customer base, organized by unit type.
  • Support the initial unit implementation process, helping to bring units live for new customers.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the technology and product details to contribute effectively to performance support.
  • Engage in various ad hoc projects and tasks to assist the Operations and Customer Success teams as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operations and implement process improvements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or technical support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and process tracking is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience or familiarity with NetSuite and cycle counting.
  • Experience working at a startup with hardware product.
