Summary:

The Commercial Operations Analytics Manager is responsible for leading and managing the analytics and reporting functions as it relates to Powin’s Approved Service Providers (ASPs). This position will focus on providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, optimize business processes and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Job Details:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics related to Approved Service Provides (ASP) data. Analyze data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement and optimize commercial operations. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate data to identify patterns and areas of growth, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs. Participate in the review of ASP contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Commercial Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies and business plans. Collaborate with Commercial Operation team to ensure strategies align with compliance terms and conditions and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations. Manage compliance and tracking with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship requirements.
  • Tools & System Management: Oversee the implementation and management of analytics tools and systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility. Maintain detailed records of service provider performance, agreements, and communications. Maintain operation-level documents to track portfolio-level budget, targets, not-to-exceed values, and prevailing wage details.
  • Team Management & Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, communication, and innovation. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Engage in ongoing company management training to stay aligned with best practices and organizational goals. Promote a positive, inclusive team culture, address conflicts promptly, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience managing teams
  • 2+ years’ experience using NetSuite and Procore
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
  • Expertise in data analysis tools with a proven ability to translate data into actional insights and business recommendations
  • Experience in high matrixed, cross-functionally organizations; global experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a focus on clear and structured messaging
  • Ability to influence senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Flexible with working hours to support international teams and meet deadlines
  • Remote opportunity within the United States, with the willingness to travel as needed for business
