Summary:

The ASP Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the relationship with Powin’s Approved Service Providers (ASP’s) to ensure alignment with organizational goals, service level agreements and compliance requirements. This role is critical in driving the success of our service delivery through effective management of ASP performance, contract compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Details:

  • ASP Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all ASP- related matters, fostering strong, collaborate relationships. Ensure ASPs meet or exceed contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs), addressing any performance issues promptly. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and developing action plans to address areas of concern.
  • Contract Compliance & Management: Lead the development, negotiation, and management of ASP contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Monitor compliance with Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship requirements and other regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications and performance metrics.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to track ASP performance against KPI’s. Analyze performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with ASPs to drive process implements, enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Compliance and Project Management, to ensure seamless coordination of ASP-related activities. Facilitate communication between ASPs and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project objectives.
  • Reporting, Documentation & Training: Prepare and present reports on ASP performance, compliance and contract status to senior management. Keep documentation up to date, including agreements, performance reviews and compliance records. Identify and address training needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver the necessary support. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve ASP management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in vendor management, commercial operations, or related field, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proficiency in contract management, performance analysis, and compliance monitoring. Experience with a CRM and ERP system is a plus
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate date into actionable insights
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with highly matrixed organizations; global experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with a focus on clear, structured messaging
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
  • Interpersonal skills to influence senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to support teams and meet deadlines
  • Remote opportunity within the United States, with the willingness to travel as needed for business
