ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented Commercial Operations Associate to join our Delivery team at Power Factors. SCADA Delivery team implements many projects in parallel at a global scale for all major markets. Although the scope is predefined before projects’ kick-off, often we need to augment this scope with additional material and services based on new needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for these add-on sales and change-order operations required during the execution of SCADA projects.
As a commercial oriented person with a significant sales motion, you will be exposed to various functions of the business, including CRM operation, Sales support material, contribution to client interactions, providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to customer interactions and interface to internal teams such as Technical Sales, Delivery Operations and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and clarify the requested add-on sales and change-orders together with the project involved key team, namely the respective project manager and technical manager
- Communicate with the Customer as needed to clarify the scope of the add-on sales.
- Cooperate with Technical Sales for pricing and quotes’ preparation
- The work will involve entering data into our Salesforce system ensuring accuracy and quality in the resulting entries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce; Salesforce Certification preferred
- Experience in Sales operations or a similar analytical role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Customers of different countries and cultures as well as internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
