OVERVIEW
Power Factors has approximately 600 employees worldwide and continues to grow across several regions. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager, in a hands-on, day-to-day role, able to combine both operational and strategic approaches to support global HR functions and partner with the HR team.
This role requires experience in HR management across diverse environments, with the ability to balance local practices and international coordination. The selected candidate will contribute to building consistent and effective HR processes while considering the cultural, legal, and organizational specificities of different countries (including Greece, Spain, Sweden, Canada, the United States, the Philippines, and others).
The ideal candidate is comfortable in a hybrid role: supporting daily operational needs while also driving the implementation of global HR initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the HR team and leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinate and harmonize certain HR practices across regions to ensure consistency and sharing of best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Support the management of annual compensation cycles (salary increases, bonuses, incentive programs).
- Contribute to the implementation of performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
- Provide managers with tools and practices that support employee growth and retention.
- Develop or adapt training materials and practical guides for different regions.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (systems, policy harmonization, process optimization).
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment, compensation, and data protection requirements.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks that balance global standards with local requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM, CIPD, CHRP, HRCI).
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to multicultural or international environments.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines (compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations).
- Demonstrated ability in HR project management and process improvement.
- Understanding of international legal frameworks and compliance requirements.
