Who Are You
The HR Analyst, Talent Strategy will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent management initiatives. This role supports Talent Strategy & Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement to analyze talent data, support strategic programs, and enable effective, data-driven talent decisions.
The Analyst plays a key role in connecting talent strategy to execution by providing analytical insights, system support, and operational coordination across performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning activities. A strong emphasis is placed on data collection, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of talent management strategies.
*This is a remote role in the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY.
Responsibilities
What Will You Do
Talent Strategy & Program Support
- Support enterprise talent strategy initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and competency or skills-based frameworks.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of talent management tools, processes, and resources.
- Partner with the Talent Strategy leader to translate business and workforce needs into actionable talent insights and support materials.
Talent Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and maintain talent-related data to support performance, development, and workforce planning efforts.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for talent reviews, leadership discussions, and ongoing program evaluation.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve talent effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
Performance Management & Systems Support
- Support performance management cycles and related system activities, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and reporting.
- Partner with HRIS, Learning, and Performance system owners to ensure data accuracy, reporting functionality, and process consistency.
- Assist with system testing, enhancements, documentation, and user support related to talent management platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to support enterprise talent initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials, summaries, and insights for meetings, talent reviews, and quarterly updates.
- Provide analytical and operational support for cross-functional talent projects and pilots.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Document talent management processes, workflows, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or improve talent processes through data analysis, automation, or improved design.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to new or evolving talent programs.
Qualifications
What Will You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR, talent management, analytics, or a related analyst role.
- Experience working with HR systems, performance management tools, or talent-related data.
- Proficient in system configurations, workflows, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of talent strategy metrics and data management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation.
- Effective problem solver and independent contributor.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements.
