Overview
ERMCO is looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Supply Chain Administrator to join our Materials team. In this key role, you’ll oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of master data governance within our ERP system (Infor LN) and serve as the central hub connecting procurement, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, accounting, and IT. You’ll support item creation, supplier validation, routings, BOM accuracy, and inventory parameters—helping ensure data integrity and smooth flow across the supply chain. This role blends ERP expertise with strong analytical skills and business acumen to keep our operations running efficiently and our standards consistently high.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Infor LN system, specifically to Materials & Supply Chain needs, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Lead Master Data Governance and support critical supply chain and material functions within the ERP system (Infor LN).
- Manage system settings, user access, permission, roles, and security policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and support part setups, approval workflows, planning readiness, warehouse configuration, and inventory parameters to develop and maintain system documentation.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to supplier performance, procurement, planning/scheduling, warehousing, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities to leverage planning tools, automation, analytics to extend ERP capabilities.
- Support integrations between Infor LN and third-party systems.
- Provide training, support, and coaching to end users to improve adoption and system utilization.
- Collaborate with finance, materials, and production teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve systemic discrepancies by gathering requirements and implementing configurations to enhance business processes.
- Support the end‑to‑end purchase order lifecycle—including creation, tracking, and issue resolution—ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business and system‑based procurement processes and reduce costs with improvement initiatives supporting ERP upgrades, migrations, module enhancements, and large-scale improvements.
- Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to implement best practices, procurement policies, and system improvements.
- Use ERP (Infor), MRP tools, Requisitions, and Power BI to track purchasing data, analyze trends, and report on KPIs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience working with ERP systems – configuration, administration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement practices, and supplier relations within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience to ensure knowledge and understanding of ERP (Infor LN) business system and applications related to planning, automation, analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and forecasting.
- Proficient with sourcing tools, ERP/procurement systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with 8D or 5 Why analysis is a plus.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you naturally build trust with teams at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment both independently as well as within a team environment with experience supporting a large user community.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
