Overview
ERMCO is looking for a Talent Acqusition Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts to optimize recruitment processes and operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting recruiting activities and working closely and partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiting teams during the application and interview process. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience is required and experience with iCIMS is preferred. This role is critical in driving efficiency and data accuracy across our talent acquisition initiatives while improving the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- ATS Management: Oversee and optimize the use of iCIMS ATS to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process, including data management and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the talent acquisition function, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring workflows.
- Data Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline effectiveness) to drive informed decision-making.
- Candidate Experience: Work with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with coordinating travel for interviews and managing the expense reimbursement process with Accounting.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and requisition management.
- Training & Support: Provide training and technical support on ATS functionalities to recruiters and hiring managers to ensure optimal usage.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards, including conducting regular audits for data accuracy and compliance.
- Special Projects: Participate in recruitment-related projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, process automation, and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: Associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience in recruitment operations, with a strong focus on ATS management and process optimization.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience: Hands-on experience and daily usages of Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience using iCIMS is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems (iCIMS experience highly preferred) and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-Oriented: A proactive team player who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
