In this role, you'll lead end-to-end demand generation across physical and digital events, from pre-event strategy through post-event follow-through. You'll also work closely with our Head of Partnerships to build and execute joint go-to-market programs with our channel and technology partners. Beyond that, you'll work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and product marketing to support campaigns, enablement, and experiences tailored to our ICP's buyer journey.
This is a high-impact role for a marketer who knows how to generate demand in a competitive, fast-evolving security landscape, someone who can build trust with technical and executive audiences, drive pipeline through strategic events, and help partners win together.
This role reports to our Head of Growth Marketing.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at this early stage where you will feel the impact of your work every day and have an open runway for growth. We are a remote-first company and are open to candidates throughout the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What you will do in the Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager role:
Develop and execute regional field and partner campaigns across webinars, roundtables, trade shows, executive experiences, ABM plays, and industry conferences to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
Own end-to-end event strategy and execution, driving integrated campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels before, during, and after each event.
Identify, submit for, and secure both paid and unpaid speaking opportunities at industry events and conferences to elevate brand visibility, executive presence, and pipeline generation.
Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, BDRs, and account teams to align on pipeline needs, territory plans, and follow-up execution.
Build and scale co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including webinars, content syndication, events, and ABM initiatives that generate high-quality pipeline.
Design cohesive attendee and partner journeys, from pre-event outreach and meeting booking through on-site engagement and post-event nurture, ensuring measurable conversion from lead to opportunity.
Develop co-branded assets, campaign kits, and partner-facing communications that support partner onboarding, engagement, and activation.
Partner with product marketing to deliver messaging and materials that resonate with CISOs, security architects, and IT leaders across all programs.
Campaign Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track lead generation, partner engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI across all field and partner programs.
Provide ongoing performance reporting to internal stakeholders and partners with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate lead routing, partner attribution, and campaign tracking via Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have):
4 to 7 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or event marketing within B2B cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT security, with a strong preference for candidates who have marketed directly to security buyers (CISOs, SOC leaders, IT security).
Proven track record building and executing multi-channel regional and partner campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience with channel ecosystems including VARs, and technology alliances, and hands-on experience developing joint GTM programs and co-marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret campaign performance data, and continuously optimize for ROI and pipeline contribution.
Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong project management and relationship-building skills across sales, partnerships, and marketing teams.
Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (nice to have):
Experience running executive-level events or field programs specifically targeting CISOs or senior security leaders.
Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools, and experience working in close alignment with sales and BDR teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign and event management tools.
Familiarity with the security market landscape, buyer personas, and the priorities and pain points that drive enterprise security purchasing decisions.
