Summary Of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Specialist to join our Services & Devices Team. The Services and Devices team is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of a growing fleet of solar assets. As a key member of the team, you will support the Operations Manager in multiple work streams centered around driving excellence in asset management - including: ongoing system monitoring and performance verification; service partner relationship management; launching and growing new warranty products; and reporting. The Asset Management Operations Specialist will be a motivated, versatile team member who is willing to proactively solve problems in order to help our team lead the solar industry in providing quality and enduring service to our customers.

Strategic & Tactical
- Operations
- Manage the day-to-day relationship and operations with our service partner(s); including billing, routing service tickets to the appropriate owners, and tracking partner success against Service Level Agreements
- Serve in an account management capacity with our service partner(s)
- Data Analytics:
- Track actual solar production against expected production
- Build/improve systems for reporting system performance and how we convert that to servicing our systems quickly and effectively
- Provide regular executive reporting on the health of our asset portfolio
- Business Development/Go-To-Market Strategy
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships or warranty products
- Support Operations Manager in bringing new partnerships/products to market
- Bachelor’s degree or related industry preferred
- 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, program management or a related field.
- Proven track record in data analytics and operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with business intelligence and CRM tools - including Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for improving customer experiences and driving customer-centric change.
- Consumer experience (B2C or D2C) is required, and experience in the solar industry and / or in a high-growth startup is highly preferred.
- Bias for action, entrepreneurial mindset, and focus on growth and scale.
