⚡️Role Summary:

Support the CCO on the day-to-day commercial running of myenergi’s Digital Services portfolio: Gridpay, integrations platform and mycare (myenergi’s new warranty & insurance product). Take responsibility for commercial growth, analytics, optimisation, partner relationship management, and launch of new propositions

You will also own the commercial development of new revenue opportunities across the portfolio, from opportunity sizing and business case through to launch and scale. Where a proposition does not yet exist, you will define it.

⚡️Key Responsibilities:

• Managing performance analytics and optimisation for Gridpay and related services: cohort analysis, churn, conversion, settlement quality, payment timeliness.

• Handling commercial relationships with integration partners through quarterly reviews, performance reviews, escalations and renewals.

• Build and grow new integration partnerships, expanding the number of live commercial integrations and the revenue they generate.

• Build the integration-partner pipeline, growing the number of live partnerships and the platform revenue they generate.

• Lead the commercial path into new markets: identifying partner routes, building the commercial case, and executing.

• Overseeing the mycare warranty and insurance product line, including EWR scale and new care and cover propositions.

• Contributing to pricing, packaging, and customer communication strategies.

• Providing commercial input into the broader HEMS subscription and monetisation work alongside Product and Engineering.

⚡️Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• Strong analytical abilities with spreadsheet and BI tool proficiency. Comfortable building cohort, churn and attach-rate views from scratch.

• Proficiency with AI and automation tools for commercial tasks.

• Experience managing partner relationships commercially, with named outcomes you can describe end-to-end.

• Background in UK energy sector, EV charging, smart tariffs, flexibility, or consumer warranty/insurance services. Experience across more than one is exceptional.

• Track record of building something new: a product line, a market entry, a partner commercial model. Evidence of creating revenue, not only operating existing lines.

• Adaptability, communication skills, and comfort working with imperfect data and early-stage propositions.

• Strong written and verbal communication. Credible with senior audiences internally and with external partners.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of GB flexibility and settlement mechanics (DSR, dynamic tariffs, capacity market, MHHS).

• IoT or connected-products commercial experience.

• Direct experience of warranty, insurance or care propositions in a regulated consumer context.

• Understanding of consumer regulations (Ofgem, GDPR, FCA boundaries).

• Experience scaling a product line from early stage to commercial responsibility.
