We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.

We are looking for a talented Content & Communications Manager to lead the creation and delivery of compelling content across internal and external channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, producing high-quality written and visual content, and ensuring consistent communication across the business.

The successful candidate will combine strong copywriting skills with experience in content strategy, internal communications, community management, sustainability storytelling, and brand governance.

This role will play a critical part in engaging our employees, customers, and partners through clear, creative, and impactful messaging, while ensuring brand consistency across all content, emails, social media, and websites.

Responsibilities:

Lead content creation across marketing channels, including email campaigns, landing pages, marketing collateral, and web copy.

Own copywriting for campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.

Plan and deliver internal communications to keep employees engaged and informed, in partnership with HR and leadership teams.

Manage community management processes, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and messages on social channels.

Develop and implement content calendars to support marketing campaigns and business priorities.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on social media strategy and manage content scheduling and publishing.

Oversee brand consistency across all content, emails, social media, websites, and subsidiary materials.

Ensure all content supports lead generation, brand positioning, and business objectives.

Work with designers and external suppliers to deliver polished, on-brand assets.

Track and report on content performance, providing insights to optimise engagement and effectiveness.

Integrate sustainability and ESG storytelling into campaigns, PR, and brand positioning, working closely with the Head of Sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

4+ years’ experience in content marketing, communications, or a related role.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with proven ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Experience producing marketing collateral (digital and print) and managing content workflows.

Strong understanding of email marketing and campaign tools (HubSpot experience preferred).

Familiarity with social media and community management best practices.

Experience with internal communications platforms and strategy.

Knowledge of sustainability/ESG communications or demonstrable interest in purpose-driven storytelling is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for clear, creative and impactful communication.
