Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive responds to opportunities presented through our direct to consumer (B2B2C & D2C) sales channels.
With an enthusiastic attitude and positive outlook, potential customers will be contacted through email and outbound telephone channels to present and promote myenergi products and our eco system proposition, answering questions, and seeking to convert to sale. Converted sales are then passed, using software systems, to the delivery team for installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to guide customers to sales conversion.
Focused and able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Confidently answer questions regarding the product and installation process.
Offer fantastic customer service to every customer you interact with.
Diligently process orders using software systems to ensure the delivery team have all required information.
Be a team player and an integral part of the myenergi GB team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Extensive PV & battery storage product knowledge
Excellent communication skills with a positive outlook and can-do attitude.
Computer literate and experienced in the Microsoft office environment.
GCSEs in English and Maths required, with A-levels preferable.
Experience in developing opportunities to contracted sale.
