The Opportunity

The Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the Treasury and Capital Markets Group and is responsible for ensuring an efficient banking structure to support our expanding operations. This position will be responsible for cash management, forecasting, reporting, banking operations, and compliance with controls and policies. They will interact with internal stakeholders and external partners, and will assist with the servicing, reporting, and ongoing transaction management of funding sources. The Treasury Analyst will continually seek to create efficiencies and improve processes, procedures, and workstation capabilities to help build a treasury infrastructure to support the Company’s growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Daily cash management activities such as wire transactions and monitoring cash flows
• Prepare warehouse funding request and support collateral optimization to maximize funding efficiency
• Support daily liquidity forecasting, monitors, reporting and analysis
• Warehouse capacity and utilization analysis for forecasting and liquidity modeling
• Banking administration activities including establishing new accounts, account reviews and research requests
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of loan collateral management activities, covenant compliance and audit processes
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures over treasury and finance activities
• Assist with implementation of automated treasury software solutions
• Recommend and implement process and reporting improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborate closely with functional departments including Accounting, Finance, Capital Markets, Loan Operations, and IT

What you bring to the team

• B.A or B.S in Finance or Economics is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in securitization, finance, or treasury
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel/VBA and technical skills, specifically working with large datasets

Bonus points

• Experience in Treasury back office and/or in supporting Warehouse Lending Facilities
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP)

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. The position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
