Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management
  • Design, launch, and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
Content-Driven Lead Generation

  • Develop strategies to attract and convert high-value leads for the sales team.
  • Aligns content and performance marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and align marketing activities with revenue goals.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with lead quality and sales objectives.
  • Creates and repurposes blog, video, and social content to support inbound lead generation in collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing stakeholders.
Budget Management
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize impact.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, display ads, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience creating compelling, brand-aligned content in Adobe Creative Suite or similar platform.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and lead scoring methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Budget management experience, with a focus on ROI optimization.
