Convey is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in carrier and messaging sales. This role focuses on selling SMS and messaging solutions to carriers, resellers, value-add software providers, and enterprise customers across North America.
You’ll own strategic accounts, drive new business, and position Convey’s messaging portfolio in competitive environments while building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new revenue by prospecting, closing, and expanding accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through growth
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Represent SMS, long-code, short-code, and RCS messaging solutions
- Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution designs
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Stay current on messaging compliance, regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Finance
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
- 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications or messaging
- Strong knowledge of SMS carriers, pricing structures, and compliance
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in complex account environments
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 35–50%
