Convey is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, PMO (Professional Services) to lead and mature our project management practice while enhancing the implementation and onboarding experience for our customers.

This leadership role is responsible for establishing standardized project governance, methodology, and performance frameworks that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee PMO governance, including project standards, methodologies, and KPI frameworks

• Lead a high-performing team of Technical Project Managers and Program Managers, ensuring successful project execution across all product lines

• Partner cross-functionally with Services Operations, Sales, and Product to optimize resource planning, forecasting, and delivery performance

• Drive continuous improvement through structured reviews, change management, and adoption of best practices

• Support strategic initiatives that enhance delivery quality, time-to-value, and revenue realization

The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading large-scale Professional Services or PMO functions within a complex, fast-paced organization, with a demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and lead high-impact teams.
