We are looking for a fantastic Regulatory & Permitting Coordinator to join us.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 8 years of experience in Land and or regulatory departments in an energy development company such as oil and gas, mining or geothermal
· Strong, proven experience navigating regulatory requirements for permitting of energy projects within federal and state environments
· Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, state/county/municipal officials and community partners
· Direct experience with BIA and BLM agencies is strongly preferred
· Demonstrates adaptability, team-oriented disposition, and ability to work and collaborate with a diverse group of energy professionals and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as Petroleum Land Management, Law or other relevant field
· Certified Professional Landman (CPL) designation preferred
· Experience with multi-disciplinary oil and gas energy development team
· Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities
· Regular travel to areas of exploration in furtherance of the responsibilities listed
· Manage permitting and regulatory efforts in exploratory fields
· Establish, cultivate, and maintain beneficial relationships with regulatory agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders
· Work with a multi-disciplinary team in planning and execution of exploration program
· Work with a multi-disciplinary team in planning and execution of exploration program
