Be on site during ops as part of the flight crew observing TX , following and performing all the prechecks and post checks.

  1. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment such as motors, drives, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related utilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, and mechanical assemblies including gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and conveyors.
  3. Install, test, and commission new equipment as per technical drawings and safety protocols.
  4. Conduct detailed inspections, scheduled servicing, and calibration activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare part usage, and documentation in compliance with company policy.
  6. Collaborate across engineering, production, and safety teams, providing technical support to minimize production loss and facilitate continuous improvement.
  7. Adhere to environmental and industry safety standards, reporting hazards and participating in mandatory safety drills.
